This villa is a stunning island getaway nestled in a complex of 3 independent villas on the southern coast of Paros — a tranquil area with beautiful beaches and a laid-back atmosphere, while it is only steps from a secluded beach.

Local stone has been used to carve the exterior spaces, giving a more earthy feel to the overall design. The terrace features a free-form pool that looks out over the sea and is surrounded by a gorgeous Mediterranean garden with wonderfully crafted tents and pergolas shading the outdoor lounge areas.

The inside is spacious and inviting, and it is beautifully suited to the laid-back atmosphere of island life. The house is even more seamlessly blended into its breathtaking setting with the extensive use of natural materials throughout. The exquisite hardwood furnishings, stone flooring, and timber ceilings all work well together, and are complemented by low-slung sofas and art that has been chosen with care. The bedrooms are cozy, and the large windows allow you to take in the scenery without having to leave your bed. The kitchen has a homey, rural feel, while on the pool level, an independent guesthouse with a double bedroom offers privacy to guests.
