In harmony with its hillside setting, this single-level villa is designed with smooth, curved architecture and minimal white interiors. The décor blends Cycladic simplicity with modern comfort, creating a calm, elegant atmosphere. Built with the concept of constant visual connection to the sea, the villa offers uninterrupted views from every corner, indoors and out.
As you enter through a dramatic glass-and-volcanic-stone entrance, you’re welcomed into a bright living space featuring a sitting corner with armchairs, a mural sofa that can sleep one guest, LED TV, and a dining area with a marble-and-glass table. The fully equipped kitchen includes all modern appliances, such as an oven and refrigerator with ice maker. Central A/C with heating and an advanced security system provide year-round comfort and safety.
Villa Kami spans multiple areas, accommodating up to ten guests in five bedrooms. The main house features a queen-size bedroom with a private bathroom and access to a private sea-facing veranda. A second bedroom with a private bathroom, accessed independently, offers the same comfort and privacy. A few steps away, the guest house includes a living room, open-plan kitchen, queen-size bedroom, and private veranda. This space connects internally to two more en-suite bedrooms, which share a veranda – ideal for additional guests or teens.
Villa Kami is designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Set within a 10,000-square-metre courtyard, the villa features a private infinity pool, a heated outdoor Jacuzzi and shaded lounge areas with sunbeds under pergolas. A BBQ corner and large outdoor dining table offer the perfect setting for alfresco meals with a view.
Throughout the day, the colors of the sea and sky shift in a vibrant display, reaching their peak at sunset. At night, candle-lit lounge areas enhance the villa’s peaceful ambiance, making every moment here both tranquil and unforgettable.
