Until its delivery is fully confirmed, the residence is offered as a five-bedroom property, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, with all rates reflecting this configuration. Once completed, the addition of the sixth bedroom will allow the property to host up to 12 guests, with the supplementary space available upon request and subject to an additional charge.
